Relators Daniel Battaglia, Douglas Ble-chinger, and Gregory Ciurleo seek review by certiorari of the action by respondent Independent School District No. 566 (Askov District) placing them on unrequested leave of absence (ULA) in accordance with the recommendations of a hearing officer. Re-lators contend that the Askov District’s action was a violation of statute and of contract.
