Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed December 31, 2014, which ruled that claimant sustained a work-related injury and awarded him workers’ compensation benefits.

Claimant sustained an injury to his neck and back while performing his duties as a utility person and housekeeper for the employer. According to claimant, he was injured while trying to hold and prevent a heavy bin of wet and soiled linen from falling on his supervisor.
