The defendant, Clara Harris, prosecutes this appeal to reverse a judgment against her for $5,000, rendered upon a verdict for that amount in an action by the plaintiff, Mary Reavely, to recover damages for criminal conversation and for alienating the affections of her husband, John S. Reavely.
