*1382Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Patricia D. Marks, J.), rendered March 10, 2004. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of robbery in the second degree, attempted robbery in. the third degree (two counts) and petit larceny.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
