The evidence in this case involving as it did a large number of transactions was necessarily complicated and voluminous. The principal questions presented upon the trial were questions of fact. The findings of fact made by the trial court are assailed upon this appeal. We have carefully examined the evidence in the light of briefs and argument of counsel, and it is considered that the findings of fact made by the trial court are fully sustained by the evidence.
