Plaintiffs appeal as of right the trial court’s order granting summary disposition for defendant. Plaintiffs sought to prevent defendant from arbitrating numerous claims relating to invest- merits in limited partnerships, claiming that the commencement of the arbitration proceeding was untimely pursuant to the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Code of Arbitration Procedure.
