This is a suit for damages for property and personal injury growing out of a collision between two automobiles. Plaintiffs, James O. Wardlaw and his wife, residents of Caddo parish, were in the parish of Jackson on May 31, 1930, traveling north in their automobile, a Eranklin sedan. The road along which they were traveling is a newly constructed concrete road of standard pattern, known as the Pershing highway.
