This was an action of debt by Mary E. Stauber upon a bond given by her former husband, Leo Stauber, for the payment .of instalments of alimony provided for in a decree of divorce which Mrs. Stauber obtained against her husband in the circuit court of La Salle county. The sureties on the bond were the father, two brothers and a sister of Leo Stauber. The sister was not served with' summons and an entry of her appearance by attorneys was found to have been by mistake and was withdrawn by permission of the court and she was not included in the further proceedings.
