This matter is before the Court on the complaint of Beverages International, Ltd. (“Beverages” or the “Debtor”) against Schenley Affiliated Brands Corp. (“Schen-ley”). Beverages seeks a declaratory judgment that the product line supplied by Schenley to Beverages is property of the estate and, as such, transferable to United Liquors, Ltd. (“United”).
