Reversing on each appeal.

R. A. Ballentine died intestate on February 19,1918, and on February 28, 1918, J. M. Hal-per qualified as administrator of the estate. Appraisers were appointed who appraised the personal property and set apart to the widow as exempt certain parts thereof.

From such personalty and the collection of debts the administrator realized $2.474.36. The proven claims against the estate and the cost of administration amounted to $596.76, which left in his hands for distribution $1,877.60.
