¶ 1 Plaintiff Joseph Vieari, administrator of the estate of his wife, Barbara Vieari (collectively, “Plaintiff’), appeals from the order dated October 26, 2006, and docketed on October 30, 2006, which denied Plaintiffs motion to remove the nonsuit that had been entered in favor of the defendants, Joseph R.
