Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Genesee *1482County (Eric R. Adams, A.J.), rendered February 29, 2012. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal contempt in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that said appeal from the judgment insofar as it imposed a sentence of incarceration is unanimously dismissed and the judgment is otherwise affirmed.
