*131Plaintiffs are the administrator and survivors of the estate of Yaron Ungar, who was murdered together with his wife in a June 9, 1996 terrorist machine-gun attack in Israel. Plaintiffs alleged that the attack was carried out by members of Hamas acting under the command of the PA and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). On July 12, 2004, plaintiffs obtained a default judgment in the amount of $116,409,123 against those parties under the Antiterrorism Act of 1991 (18 USC § 2331 et seq.)
