Plaintiff appeals from an order dismissing its complaint against Defendant for improper venue. We affirm.

The parties are multi-national corporations engaged in the production and distribution of products and components used for wireless digital communication. Plaintiff (Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications USA, or SEMC) is a corporate subsidiary of Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB (SEAB).
