MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

THOMAS P. SMITH, United States Magistrate.

This action was tried to the court. Fifteen witnesses testified. Based on the documentary evidence and credible testimony, judgment shall enter for plaintiff against defendant Little only.1

1. Nine-thirty a.m., April 17, • 1981, found Robert B. Davis, a professional boxer, on his way to Caldor’s in Waterbury, Connecticut, where he worked part-time as a store detective for the security department.
