VRATIL, District Judge.
Plaintiffs filed suit against Thoroughbred Associates, L.L.C. to confirm their royalty *630and working interest in certain oil and gas wells in Commanehe County, Kansas. Plaintiffs assert claims for breach of contract, breach of the duty to deal in good faith with competing oil and gas interest owners, and unjust enrichment. This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion To Dismiss Under Fed.R.Civ.P. 19(b) (Doc. #20) filed November 27, 2003.
