Appellants, Lewis J. Nobles and Geraldine B. Nobles, his wife, and George F. Burchard and wife, Ida Jo Burchard, appeal from an action of the Hempstead County Circuit Court in granting appellee’s motion for directed verdict. The Court rendered judgment for appellee, Strout Realty, Inc., in the sum of $34,047.00 plus costs and interest. We reverse and remand.
