This suspensive appeal by defendants Glenn A. Glass and his liability insurer, Safeco Insurance Company of America (Safeco), is from the judgment of the trial court awarding damages to plaintiff, John C. Smith, individually and as natural tutor of his sixteen-year-old minor son, Harvey M. Smith, for personal injuries and related expense arising from an intersectional accident involving a Honda motorbike driven by young Smith and an automobile operated by Mrs. Betty Glass, wife of defendant Glenn A.
