This action is before the court upon plaintiffs second motion to compel (doc. no. 10). Plaintiff seeks disclosure of a document described as a “memo” in a privilege log attached as Exhibit 1 to plaintiffs second motion to compel. Defendant filed its response on October 8, 2003, arguing the applicability of three privileges asserted in its privilege log: self-critical analysis; work product; and attorney-client.
