Reversing.
The decisive question presented by this appeal is the appellant’s right at the conclusion of all of the evidence to a directed verdict.
Garland Crosson, a colored man, by written appli cations, dated March 12 and 28, 1928', to the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, applied for policies of insurance on his life.
