|2Pefendant, Rocky Lee Danos, was charged by bill of information with driving while intoxicated (DWI), fourth offense, a violation of La. R.S. 14:98(E). Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant entered a plea of guilty, but reserved his right to appeal the trial court’s order of restitution to the victims. See State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976). In accordance with the plea agreement, the trial court sentenced defendant to serve twelve years at hard labor, sixty days of that being without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence.
