OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Timothy J. Moore, appeals the judgment of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion for leave to file a motion for a new trial. On appeal, Moore contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion for leave to file a motion for a new trial; in denying his motion for an order to examine seized computers and media; in declining to recuse itself prior to ruling on his motion for leave to file a motion for a new trial; and, in declining to grant his motion for a change of venue.
