White sued Glade in the county court of Saline county. To White’s petition Glade demurred. The demurrer was *337overruled, and the defendant electing to stand thereon, judgment was entered for plaintiff. From this judgment Glade prosecuted error to the district court, which affirmed the j udgment of the county court, and Glade now seeks to reverse the judgment of the district court affirming that of the county court.
