I.' INTRODUCTION
This is a patent infringement suit in which the plaintiff and defendant each contends that the other infringes its patent or patents. 1 The complaint, originally filed by Tyler Refrigeration Corporation (“Tyler”) against Kysor Industrial Corporation (“Kysor”), as supplemented, alleges Kysor’s infringement of claims in Tyler’s Subera et al.
