Chesapeake Brewing Co. v. Mt. Vernon Brewing Co.

This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City granting an injunction; with leave to the defendants to move for a dissolution thereof at any time after filing answers to the bill, and giving the plaintiff five days previous notice of the motion. The appellants, after filing separate answers to the bill, took this appeal.
