INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Bristol Village, Inc. (“Bristol” or “Plaintiff’) brought this action against defendant Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (“LPC”), concerning a dispute that a product called “TrimBoard” did not function properly on Plaintiffs property. LPC previously manufactured TrimBoard, which is a hardboard product sold for use as exteri- or trim. (Dkt. 77-1 at ¶ 1; Dkt. 99 at ¶ 1).
