ROVNER, Circuit Judge.

Washington Group, Inc. (‘Washington Group”), an engineering, construction and management services company, offered Cyriac Abraham a position as a “lead scheduler” for a construction project in Wisconsin. After a few rounds of negotiations, Washington Group sent Abraham a letter offering him the title of “project control manager” — a position higher up the chain of command than that of lead scheduler. In this suit, Abraham claims that Washington Group and its parent, URS Energy and Construction (now URS Corporation) not only offered him the title, but also promised him…
