Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Herbert Altman, J., at trial with a jury), rendered March 27, 1987, convicting defendant of two counts of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees, and sentencing him to consecutive indeterminate prison terms of 25 years to life and 15 years to life for the murder counts and concurrent terms of 5 to 15 years and 2⅓ to 7 years for the weapons counts to run consecutively with the sentences imposed for the murders, is unanimously affirmed.
