A jury convicted Roy James Hudspeth of conspiracy to distribute pseudoephed-rine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(c)(2) and 846, conspiracy to launder money in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956(a)(1)(A)® and 1956(h), and two counts of money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1)(A)®.
