MEMORANDUM DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

By order entered May 24,1993, the Court denied the motion of Loopco Industries, Inc., to reopen this case so as to entertain adversary proceedings intended to enjoin product liability actions brought against Loopco in state courts in Texas and New Jersey.
