INTRODUCTION
The State appeals from an order of the district court for Stanton County in a separate proceeding filed by Marsha K. Louthan in which she challenged, for purposes of penalty enhancement, the validity of a prior conviction for driving under the influence of alcoholic liquor (DUI).
