This appeal involves a dispute over a construction contract. As is often the case in such disputes, each party to the contract — owner DHC Development (“DHC”) and general contractor C & A Construction Company (“C & A”) — contends that the other breached the contract and was responsible for the resulting damages.1 The district court entered two orders designed to dispose of all of the parties’ claims and counterclaims.
