Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of Supreme Court, Queens County (Kron, J.), rendered April 7, 2011, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, possession of burglar’s tools, and resisting arrest, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
