Appellants Wright Medical Technology, Inc. and Wright Medical Group, Inc. (collectively, “Wright”) challenge the district court’s summary judgment ruling that Wright breached its contract with Dr. Mu-rali Jasty, as well as the district court’s refusal to consider newly submitted facts on review of the report and recommendation of a magistrate judge.
