It is unnecessary to go into the original history of the claims against the executors of Joseph Burd, deceased,'which might be traced back many years and commenced between other parties, suffice it to say that Francis S. Hubley and George Patterson settled their account as executors of that estate on the 28th of July, 1841, showing a balance in their hands of $886.19, to which exceptions were filed by the devisees and creditors.
