Appeal from District Court, Harris County; Chas. E. Ashe, Judge. Action by Norman 6. Kittrell, Jr., as receiver of the property of A. C. Allen and Mrs. Margaret E. Allen, against the Dickson Car Wheel Company, wherein W. V. Lauraine, administrator of Mrs. Margaret E.. Allen, deceased, intervened. Judgment for the receiver, and the administrator appeals.

This suit was instituted in the district court of Harris county, Tex., by Norman G. Kittrell, Jr., acting in his capacity of receiver of the property of A. C. Allen and Mrs. Margaret E, Allen, under appointment from the district court of Harris county, Tex., seeking to recover from the Dickson Car Wheel Company certain moneys alleged to be due by said company as rental for property owned by the said A.
