This is a case about two lumber companies, each one trying to put the wood to the other’s fictitious business name. It falls to us to -untie the not-so-knotty legal problems raised on this appeal. The de fendant, National Lumber Company of Massachusetts, 1 filed a notice of appeal after a Superior Court trial justice granted permanent injunctive relief in favor of the plaintiff, National Lumber & Building Materials Co.
