This case is a companion to Hayes v. Hayes, Ala.Civ.App., 337 So.2d 770 (1976). The action was initiated when the petitioner’s former wife filed a petition in the Morgan County Court seeking arrear-age in child support payments. The petitioner, Larry Wayne Hayes, was adjudged in contempt of the Morgan County Court for failure to pay child support as previously ordered by that same court.
