In an action, inter alia, for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Satterfield, J.), dated *776January 5, 2005, which granted the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment on the cause of action seeking specific performance of the contract.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
