This is a suit originally commenced by a trustee in bankruptcy, operating under authority of a United States District Court in Minnesota, to set aside a conveyance made by the bankrupt alleged to be in fraud of creditors. The present plaintiff, Growan-Lenning-Brown Company, claiming to have purchased from the trustee all choses in action accruing to the trustee, was substituted as plaintiff and essays to prosecute the suit in its own interest.
