Now pending is the plaintiffs’ Motion for Attorney’s Fees and Costs in this case involving violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). (ECF No. 125.) Also pending is the defendant’s Motion for Leave to File Surreply in Further Support of Defendant’s Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion for an Award of Statutory Attorney’s Fees and Costs. (ECF No. 128.)
