Defendant, Gloria Miller, was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty as charged. The circuit court of Cook County sentenced her to concurrent terms of imprisonment of 4 to 6 years on count one and 1 to 3 years, plus a s1000 fine, on count two. Defendant appeals the judgments of conviction, contending only that the trial court erred in denying her motion to quash her arrest and suppress physical evidence.
