Edward J. Carvelo, petitioner, is a prisoner confined in Oaliu Prison nnder a sentence imposed on Mm by the circuit court of tbe first circuit upon Ms conviction for burglary in tbe first degree. He was jointly indicted with Richard Kahalewai, Franklin Jackson and Richard Gushikuma, all of whom were convicted of the same crime. In this proceeding, he asks that this court afford him relief by exercising its supervisory power under R.L.H. 1955, § 214-3.
