ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS

MORENO, District Judge.

Plaintiffs filed this action in admiralty for breach of contract relating to the destruction of the Midas during a salvage operation. Defendant Gary Simmons d/b/a Sea Tow Northern Bahamas filed this motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. The Court finds that because there is no basis for exercising personal jurisdiction independent of the salvage contract and that the terms of the salvage contract, including the forum selection clause, are unenforceable against Simmons, this Court lacks personal jurisdiction over Simmons.…
