The defendant, John Armstrong, was charged in the district court of Comanche county by two informations filed on September1 13, 1939, and by one information filed on October 9, 1939, with fraudulently obtaining property by means of a bogus check. The cases were consolidated for the purpose of taking evidence, and have been consolidated in this, court for the purpose of appeal. Defendant was tried to the court without a jury and convicted in all three cases.
