The plaintiff corporation in this case has brought suit to enforce a non-competition covenant contained in a contract with a former employee of the corporation. The case is presently before the Court on defendant’s Motion to Dismiss. The defendant alleges that the plaintiff corporation is a foreign corporation doing intrastate business within the State of Maryland, without having registered or qualified with the Department of Taxation and Assessments in accordance with §§ 7-202 and 203, of the Corporations and Associations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland.…
