Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for hindering prosecution, ORS 162.325. Defendant was indicted under ORS 162.325(1) (a) for “harbor [ing] or conceal [ing]” his son, who had escaped from an Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) facility.
