*176 Defendant-Appellant Honeywell International, Inc. ("Honeywell") appeals from the February 28, 2017, judgment and order of the District Court for the District of Connecticut (Vanessa L. Bryant, J. ) granting summary judgment to union retirees who retired before June 6, 1997, and their surviving spouses and permanently enjoining Honeywell from terminating their medical benefits.
