This proceeding is a special assessment by the city of Chicago, made under article 9 of the “ Cities and Villages ” act, divided into installments pursuant to the act of April 29, 1887, providing for such division in payment of assessments. The assessment aggregated over $300,000 and no objection is made thereto, other, than its division into installments.
