This was an action brought to recover a balance of accidental death benefits alleged to be due plaintiff by reason of the accidental death of her husband while in the employ of defendant company, under the provisions of a plan for employes’ death benefits. Upon the trial the jury rendered a verdict in favor of plaintiff *478for $1,779.27, whereupon these motions were filed by defendant.
